Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE shipping on most products. Call us at (703) 369-1007 for a direct quote.

If you live close by and wish to pick up your purchases from our location rather than have them shipped, select "Local Pickup" from the list of shiping options. Please be sure to bring your ORIGINAL receipt of purchase with you as no merchandise will be given out to customers without their original receipt of purchase. In some instances certain products may not be available for immediate pickup. In these instances, a member of staff will contact you.  If special accomodations need to be made (e.g. disabilities, gift purchasing etc...) it is the responsibility of the buyer to make arrangements with Music Outlet, INC either by email or telephone.

Continental buyer pay shipping & handling costs as per "Shipping costs" listed. We strive to ship the day after your payment arrives, If you pay on Friday or Saturday, shipping will take place the following Monday. Freight items will be shipped at the discretion of our LTL pickup service and the size of LTL queue.  Though our freight items are immediately ready for shipment, there are times when we will have other LTL loads queued in front of your shipment and there may be shipment delays.

International shipping is provided through USPS. It usually take about 6-14 business days to arrive (Please exclude any Sunday, Saturday and Public Holiday). In addition, I have experience that sometimes the shipping time will takes 3 weeks to 4 weeks. Please understand that it is really out of our control. It may due to the speed of post office of your country or receiving address whether far from city or being inspection by your Custom Department. However, most items can be received within 10 days. Some buyers even receive the item in 7 days!! Therefore, please do not worry if the item does not receive within normal shipping time. Please Note: Item marked as free shipping apply for U.S buyer in the lower 48 states, Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are not eligible to get free shipping.

Please keep in mind The International Shipments may incur custom duties and we are not responsible for imposed duties.

Privacy & Security

We are Manufacturers Authorized Dealer for all of the products we sell. We offer a 100% guarantee that the item is as described!!! We'll always do our best to provide as many quality pictures as buyer need, but if you do need more, do not hesitate to ask.
International customers are welcome on most items.

Returns & Replacements

Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify Music Outlet within 48 hours to let us know if the item is damaged or in a condition otherwise described in the auction. Items damaged in shipping are not included in the "100% as described" guarantee, and will be processed through shipping insurance claims. Please retain all damaged item packing material for insurance reasons. Unless an item has been shipped by freight, there will be a full refund (including original shipping costs) on items that are not as described. Customer return shipping costs are non-refundable for any reason. (including DOA, description mistakes, or shipping damage) Items can only be returned with prior authorization. An RMA (return materials authorization) number most be obtained from us before you return any order. Unauthorized returns can not be honored and more than likely will be lost. Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc. Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Damaged item(s) will be returned to customer with no refund.
